Product Advantages
The product adopts a fully integrated PFA hot-melt welded structure. All components in contact with fluids (shell, central support column, end caps, and flow guide layer) are made of electronic-grade high-purity PFA resin, paired with a PTFE hydrophobic/hydrophilic filter membrane with a pore size of 0.05μm-0.45μm, achieving three core advantages:
- Extremely low leaching: The PFA material itself has no metal ions or organic residues leaching out, with leaching in ultrapure water <10ppb, maintaining stable resistivity and preventing secondary water pollution;
- All-scenario corrosion resistance: Resistant to corrosion from common cleaning agents in ultrapure water preparation such as hydrogen peroxide, ammonia, and citric acid, while maintaining structural stability within a wide temperature range of -100℃ to 260℃, suitable for high-temperature sterilization and low-temperature conditions;
- High dirt holding capacity and long lifespan: The pleated filter membrane design achieves an effective filtration area of 0.75㎡/10", combined with a PFA reinforced support layer, capable of withstanding a 4bar positive pressure differential, and its dirt holding capacity is significantly higher than traditional PP membranes. More than 3 times the capacity of a filter cartridge, reducing water quality fluctuations caused by frequent replacements.
