Steps for installing a PESS membrane filter

Preparation: Confirm that the equipment and accessories are in good condition, prepare wrenches, sealants and other tools, close the upstream and downstream valves at the installation location, and drain the fluid in the pipeline. ​

Filter installation: Fix the filter body in the specified position, ensure that it is stable and level, connect the inlet and outlet pipes, and seal the interface to prevent leakage. ​

Membrane element installation: Unpack the PESS membrane element, carefully put it into the filter to avoid scratches, and connect the membrane element and the pipeline as required. ​

Sealing check: Slowly open the upstream valve, introduce the fluid, check whether each interface is leaking, and re-tighten or replace the seal if necessary. ​

Debugging operation: Fully open the upstream and downstream valves, adjust the flow and pressure to the set value, monitor the operating parameters, and ensure that the filtering effect meets the standard.
