The filter membrane surface undergoes optimized treatment, exhibiting low leaching, strong chemical resistance, and stable particle interception capabilities, making it suitable for process environments with extremely high requirements for filtration accuracy and material purity.

Application Areas

Strongly Corrosive Acid/Alkali/Oxidizing Agent Filtration: Pretreatment of strong acid/alkali raw materials in the chemical industry. PFA material is resistant to extreme corrosion, allowing direct contact with high-concentration acids, alkalis, and strong oxidizing agents, preventing filter element failure due to media corrosion; low metal leaching also prevents contamination of high-purity process liquids.
High-Purity Gas Filtration: Pretreatment of special reaction gases in laboratories. PFA material has strong gas compatibility, filtering particulate impurities in gases while tolerating trace amounts of corrosive components, and without leaching contaminating high-purity gases.
Precision Filtration of Organic Chemical Reagents: Purification of high-purity organic reagents (such as methanol and acetone) in research laboratories. The PFA pleated cartridge filter covers multiple precision levels from 0.05μm to 1.0μm, meeting the particle filtration needs of different reagents; and the filter cartridge itself has no leaching, so it will not affect the chemical purity of the reagents.
