Production process

Raw material procurement and inspection: Purchase stainless steel plates, pipes and filter element materials that meet the standards, such as filter screens and filter element materials. Strictly inspect the purchased raw materials to ensure that their materials, specifications and performance meet the standards, including checking the chemical composition and mechanical properties of stainless steel, as well as the aperture accuracy of filter element materials.
Parts processing: Process stainless steel plates, pipes, etc. into various parts required for filters, such as shells, end caps, support structures, etc. Use cutting, stamping, welding, machining and other processes to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of parts. For example, use laser cutting to accurately cut the plate, use stamping technology to form the end cap, and use argon arc welding for welding to ensure that the weld is firm and beautiful.


Filter element assembly: Install the processed filter elements, such as filter screens and filter
elements, into the main structure of the filter. Ensure that the filter element is installed in the
correct position and well sealed to prevent leakage from affecting the filtering effect. For
example, use sealant or sealing gaskets for sealing to ensure the tight connection between the
filter element and the filter body.
Overall assembly: Assemble the main body of the filter element assembly with other parts, such as inlet and outlet joints, valves, pressure gauges, etc. According to the design requirements and assembly process, ensure that the components are firmly connected and correctly positioned to ensure the overall structural integrity and functionality of the filter.


Performance test: Perform performance tests on the assembled filter, including pressure test, sealing test, filtration accuracy test, etc. The pressure test verifies the pressure resistance of the filter under the specified pressure, the sealing test checks whether there is leakage, and the filtration accuracy test verifies its filtration effect on impurities of different particle sizes. Packaging and labeling: Qualified filters are packaged, generally using plastic film, wooden boxes and other packaging materials to prevent damage during transportation and storage.
