• Ultra-High Purity and Low Leaching: Manufactured in a Class 100 cleanroom, it complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, resulting in extremely low metal leaching; the leaching amount for a 10-inch filter cartridge is <30 mg. It maintains stable resistivity of ultrapure water and exhibits no protein adsorption characteristics, fully complying with USP Class 6 plastics biocompatibility requirements and FDA 21 CFR food contact regulations.
• Excellent Temperature and Pressure Resistance: It can withstand continuous operating temperatures of 170-190°C. It maintains its integrity even after multiple autoclave treatments, ensuring stable performance under extreme process conditions.
• High-Efficiency Filtration and Long Service Life: The PTFE pleated membrane design provides an ultra-large filtration area, with filtration accuracies covering 0.1μm, 0.22μm, 0.45μm, and 10nm.
• Easy installation and maintenance: The integrated design eliminates the need for a separate filter housing, simplifying the system structure and shortening installation time. Pre-humidified packaging reduces start-up procedures and minimizes downtime losses. Standard 10-inch, 20-inch, 30-inch, and 40-inch sizes, along with 222 and 226 seals and EPDM/FORPE O-rings, are compatible with most existing systems.
