Production Process of High Flow Filter Cartridge

Raw material purchase: Our purchasing department strictly follows the FDA and CE standards to purchase raw materials, such as Membranes, PP non-woven fabric, PP Nets, O-rings, End Cap, etc.

 

Pleated membrane process: Place the required materials in order from top to bottom on the position of the raw material on the pleating machine (PP net→PP non-woven fabric→Membrane→PP non-woven fabric→PP net). Turn on the pleating machine and start to pleat the raw material, then cutting the material according to the requirements.

 

Seam welding process: Using ultrasonic welding machine to perform the seam welding process on the pleated membranes, so that the pleated membrane becomes a hollow cylinder, which will be used in the next step for end cap thermal welding process.

 

Thermal welding technology: The most suitable high flow filters according to different customers' requirement, such as HFA series cartridge (standard outer cage), HFB series cartridge (thicker outer cage), HFC series cartridge (outside bandage), HFD series cartridge (stainless steel outer cage).

 

Package: Put the O-ring into the end cap of the high flow filters, each filter will be packed in a plastic bag and an inner box, then put 4pcs cartridges into an outer carton, waiting for the shipment in the warehouse.
