The filter element is made entirely of high-purity PTFE filter media, combined with a PFA support layer, sleeve, end caps, center rod, and connectors. This perfluorinated material combination gives the product exceptional chemical inertness. It can withstand almost all highly corrosive acids, alkalis, organic chemical reagents, and gases, while also possessing excellent high-temperature resistance-the maximum operating temperature can reach 190℃ at 1.2 bar pressure. It is stably adapted to high-temperature chemical reagent filtration scenarios, with no impurities leaching out, ensuring the purity of the filter media.

- Selectable precision: Covers multiple precision levels including 0.05μm, 0.1μm, 0.2μm, 0.45μm, and 1.0μm, with specific bubble point and diffusion flow standards for each precision (e.g., 0.05μm precision bubble point ≥2.4bar, 0.2μm precision diffusion flow ≥35ml/min@0.8bar), accurately trapping impurities of different particle sizes;
- Pressure resistance: Maximum forward pressure resistance of 4.3bar and reverse pressure resistance of 3.0bar at 25℃, recommended replacement pressure differential of 2.4bar@25℃, robust structure, no risk of leakage.
High cleanliness standards, no secondary pollution
Production, testing, and packaging are all completed in a cleanroom using a hot-melt welding process that contains no adhesives, eliminating contamination at the source. Metal leaching is <25ug/device, particle leakage is <15 particles/10ml (>0.2μm@5L/min deionized water), and TOC recovery after rinsing is <10ppb (120L@10L/min). 100% integrity testing is performed before leaving the factory, and long-term leaching is extremely low, meeting high cleanliness filtration requirements.
