How to choose the appropriate number and precision of filter elements?
According to the type of processed liquid, filtration precision requirements (such as 1μm, 5μm, 10μm, etc.) and flow rate, select filter elements of different numbers and precisions. General recommendation: 1 core corresponds to a flow rate of 0.5-1.5m³/h.
Is the equipment suitable for high-temperature liquid filtration?
Yes, the filter with 316L stainless steel structure can withstand temperatures above 120°C and is suitable for CIP cleaning or hot water disinfection systems, but it needs to be matched with a temperature-resistant filter element.
What is the maximum pressure?
The maximum working pressure of conventional models is 6–10 bar (87–145 psi), and the high-pressure customized model can reach more than 16 bar. Please refer to the product technical parameter table for details.
How to judge whether the filter element is clogged?
It can be judged by the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet water. If the pressure difference exceeds the set value (such as 0.15-0.2 MPa), it means that the filter element is clogged and should be cleaned or replaced.
Does the stainless steel shell need regular maintenance?
Yes. It is recommended to check whether there is sediment on the inner wall of the shell every time the filter element is replaced, and rinse it with a neutral detergent to avoid accumulation of residues.
Can it be installed on a horizontal pipe?
It is recommended to install vertically to ensure that the fluid flows from top to bottom and improve the filtration efficiency. If horizontal installation is required for special occasions, it is necessary to ensure that the filter element is firmly fixed and leak-free.
