Self-Cleaning Filter

N-type fully automatic self-cleaning filter is widely used in circulating or non-circulating cooling water systems, heat exchange systems, central air conditioning systems, central heating systems, hot water boiler systems, etc., respectively used to protect cooling equipment, heat exchange devices, air conditioners, boilers, etc. The equipment is applicable to a wide range of industries, including construction, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, rubber, papermaking, textile, coal, food and other industries.

The fully automatic self-cleaning filter has the function of filtering raw water and automatically cleaning and draining the filter element, and the system supplies water uninterruptedly during cleaning and draining.
There are two control modes for cleaning the fully automatic self-cleaning filter: automatic control and manual control.
Automatic control: There are two modes of automatic control: timing and pressure difference. Set the filtration time on the filtration time timer. When the filtration time is up, start draining, and the draining time is set by the draining time timer; at the same time, the control system compares the system pressure difference with the pressure difference set by the user in real time. When the system pressure difference reaches the set pressure difference, the filter also cleans and drains, and the draining time is set by the draining time timer. When the draining time is up, stop cleaning, and the system returns to its initial state to prepare for the next filtration process.
Manual control: Turn the manual/automatic selection switch on the operation panel to the manual position, and the filter will drain.

1) The default filtration accuracy is 100 microns, and it can be selected from 50 to 3000 microns. The filtration area is large and the dirt holding capacity is high. Users can customize it according to actual working conditions.
2) The cleaning method is simple, and the cleaning cycle is electronically monitored to achieve automatic cleaning and sewage discharge. . All parameters in the fully automatic self-cleaning filter control system can be adjusted.
3) It is equipped with motor overload protection to effectively protect the motor.
4) It has the characteristics of uninterrupted water supply and no bypass during cleaning and sewage discharge, and the cleaning time is short, and the sewage water consumption is small, not exceeding 1% of the total flow.
5) It has strong maintainability and is easy to install and disassemble.
6) The connection method with the user pipeline is flange connection, and the flange adopts the national standard flange, which is highly universal.
