PES Membrane Capsule Filter

PES Membrane Capsule Filter

PES membrane capsule filter (PES polyethersulfone folded membrane filter element) is made of asymmetric high-filtration precision PES membrane, integrating pre-filtration and final filtration. Its asymmetric loose-tight-loose cross-section three-layer structure can effectively reduce resistance and increase dirt holding capacity, and has the characteristics of large filtration area, small pressure difference and large filtration flow.

Main features of the product

1. High filtration accuracy: Asymmetric PES membrane is used to ensure efficient filtration performance.

2. Large filtration area: The structural design makes the filtration area larger, thereby increasing the filtration flow.

3. Low pressure difference: The structural characteristics help to reduce the pressure difference during operation and extend the service life of the filter element.

4. Good chemical compatibility: Suitable for filtering a variety of chemical substances, with good acid and alkali resistance and temperature resistance.

5. Comply with FDA standards: Each filter element is produced in a dust-free environment, and passes integrity testing and high-purity water flushing to ensure purity

1.Direct Plug-In Interface: The filter is designed with a direct plug-in interface that incorporates an ergonomic replacement distance. This thoughtful design enhances operational convenience by facilitating easy connection and disconnection of the filter. The user-friendly interface minimizes installation time and simplifies maintenance tasks, making it a practical choice for various applications.

2.Threaded Interface: The filter features a threaded interface that eliminates the need for raw tape during installation. This design reduces the risk of secondary contamination and ensures a secure connection. The absence of raw tape also helps prevent leakage, contributing to the filter's reliability and ease of use.

3.Shell Material: The shell of the PES Membrane Capsule Filter is made from high-quality imported PP (Polypropylene) particles. This material is chosen for its robustness and resistance to high temperatures. Additionally, high-temperature resistant and γ-ray resistant shell options are available to meet specific application requirements, ensuring durability and performance in demanding environments.

4.Filter Membrane Material: The filter membrane incorporates an imported guide layer and PES filter membrane, known for its excellent filtration performance. The use of high-quality materials prevents fiber shedding, which is crucial for maintaining filter integrity and ensuring that no fibers are released into the filtered liquid. This feature is essential for applications requiring stringent contamination control.

5.Flushing Test: Each filter element undergoes a comprehensive flushing test to ensure integrity and cleanliness. The filter is rinsed with 18 megohm ultrapure water, which guarantees that the filter is free from contaminants and residues before use. This rigorous testing process ensures that the filter meets the highest standards of purity and performance.

6.Pressure Holding Test: To ensure the most stringent reliability and stability, every product is subjected to a pressure holding test. This 100% pressure holding test verifies that the filter can withstand operational pressures without leakage or failure, providing confidence in the filter's performance under various conditions.

7.Welding Process: It is manufactured using a hot melt packaging process, which avoids the use of adhesives. This welding process ensures a clean and reliable seal, free from potential adhesive contamination. The absence of adhesives contributes to the overall purity of the filtration process and enhances the filter's durability.
