Self Cleaning Filter For Water Treatment is an automatic self-cleaning filtration equipment specially designed for water treatment systems. Operating Principle

Raw water enters the unit through the inlet and flows through the filter element/screen; sediment, algae, rust, suspended solids, and colloids are trapped on the inner surface of the screen.

As the differential pressure across the screen rises and reaches a preset threshold (or a timed trigger occurs), the unit initiates its self-cleaning cycle.

A motor drives the rotation of the suction scanning arm while the discharge valve opens; utilizing the internal filtered water to create a high-speed, negative-pressure flow, the system back-flushes debris from the screen surface.

Impurities are rapidly expelled through the discharge outlet along with the wastewater; the main water supply remains uninterrupted throughout the process, cleaning is completed in just a few seconds, and the unit automatically resets to filtration mode upon completion.
