1. Industrial process water filtration
It adopts stainless steel wedge wire screen with standard 100μm filtration precision (optional 100–3000μm).Installed in steelmaking cooling loops, boiler feed water lines, and heat exchanger inlet pipelines, using stainless steel screen elements to retain suspended solids above design micron ratingand prevent clogging of nozzles and narrow flow channels under continuous flow conditions.
2. Industrial circulating water systems
Integrated into closed-loop cooling circuits where circulating pumps maintain constant flow; the filter removes iron oxide particles, scale fragments, and sediment generated from heat exchange surfaces to reduce fouling and pressure drop in pipelines and plate heat exchangers.
3. Raw water treatment
Applied at intake stages of river water, lake water, seawater, reservoir water, and municipal supply systems, where multi-stage filtration screens separate sand, algae, and suspended solids before downstream sedimentation or membrane filtration units.
