1. Avoid dry burning: Do not pass high-temperature liquid or heat before the system is filled with liquid or the air is completely exhausted, so as to avoid deformation or damage of PFA materials.
2. Temperature and pressure control: When using, be sure to operate within the temperature and pressure range specified by the product to prevent rupture or leakage due to over-limit.
3. Correct installation direction: Please correctly connect the inlet and outlet according to the flow direction mark on the filter housing. Reverse installation may cause reduced filtering effect or damage to the components.
4. Avoid strong external impact: Although PFA materials have excellent performance at high temperatures, they are relatively sensitive to external impacts. Please handle them with care during transportation or installation to avoid impact.
5. Regularly replace the filter element: According to the cleanliness and filtration accuracy requirements of the medium used, formulate a regular replacement plan to avoid flow rate reduction or filtration failure due to blockage.
6. Chemical compatibility confirmation: Although PFA has a wide range of chemical tolerance, it is recommended to consult the chemical compatibility table or consult the manufacturer before contacting special solvents to ensure material compatibility.
7. Welding port seal inspection: After installation, leak detection should be performed to ensure that all welding connections and sealing parts are intact.
8. Avoid contact with sharp objects: Try to avoid using hard objects or sharp tools to touch the filter housing to prevent scratches or punctures to the filter body.
9. Storage environment requirements: Keep dry during storage, avoid direct sunlight and extreme high temperatures to prevent material aging or performance degradation.

Does the filter support vertical or horizontal installation?
It is generally recommended to install vertically, with the liquid inlet at the bottom and the liquid outlet at the top, to facilitate exhaust and prevent air blockage. If horizontal installation is required, ensure that the exhaust port is unobstructed and avoid bubble accumulation.

Does it support customization of different interfaces and filtration precision?
Yes, we provide a variety of interface types (such as NPT, Flare, Flange) and filtration precision (0.1μm–10μm) options, and can also customize the housing volume and filter element model according to customer requirements.

Does the PFA filter meet the requirements for clean room use?
