Multi-Bag Housing
The multi-bag configuration accommodates multiple filter bags within one vessel. Increasing the number of bags increases the available filtration area while keeping the filtration process within one housing.
Replaceable Filter Bag & Support Basket
The internal support basket provides structural support for the filter bag during operation and helps maintain its position inside the housing.
When the filter bag needs to be replaced, the top cover can be opened to access the internal chamber. The used bag can then be removed and replaced with a compatible filter bag.
Filter bag options can include PP, PE, nylon, and PTFE, with the final selection based on filtration rating, liquid characteristics, temperature, pressure, and chemical compatibility.
This design separates the reusable housing from the replaceable filtration media, allowing the housing to remain in the filtration system while the bag is changed.
Pressure Monitoring for Filtration Operation
