Working principle

This equipment follows the principle of deep filtration "from the inside out." The main body of the equipment consists of a filter cylinder, a quick-opening cap, a stainless steel inner support filter basket, and specialized filter bags. During operation, high-viscosity fluid enters from the side inlet of the filter under pump pressure, filling the interior of the filter bags. Under pressure, the fluid penetrates the multi-dimensional fiber layers of the filter bags, while particulate impurities are progressively intercepted and adsorbed onto the inner wall of the filter bags and deep within the fibers. The clean fluid is finally discharged from the filter outlet, completing the purification process.

1. High Flow Rate and High Contaminant Holding Capacity: The filter bags are manufactured using a melt-blown process with a gradient density distribution (e.g., polypropylene, polyester), forming a three-dimensional filtration structure with a looser outer layer and a denser inner layer. This ensures both high initial flow rate and deep contaminant holding capacity, far exceeding that of ordinary surface filter materials, significantly extending the filter bag's lifespan in high-viscosity fluids.

2. Targeted Filter Bag Materials: Offers a variety of chemically compatible filter media options to handle different high-viscosity media.

• Polypropylene (PP): Economical and versatile, resistant to various acids and alkalis.
• Polyester (PET): Excellent temperature resistance and durability.
• Nylon: Excellent abrasion resistance and toughness.
• PTFE/Teflon: Suitable for extreme chemical environments, high temperatures, or applications requiring extremely high cleanliness.

3. Temperature Maintenance and Jacket Design: For temperature-sensitive high-viscosity fluids (such as waxes, certain resins), a jacketed heating/insulation jacket is available as an option. This design allows for the introduction of steam or heat transfer oil to maintain the fluid at the optimal filtration temperature, effectively reducing viscosity and ensuring a smooth filtration process.

4. Modular and scalable: The equipment is available in single-bag and multi-bag (2 to 24 bags) models. Users can flexibly select or connect in parallel according to their processing capacity requirements, easily expanding production capacity from laboratory pilot tests to large-scale production.

For extremely demanding applications, our multi-layer composite filter bags and high-precision polyester or PTFE filter media can stably intercept particles ≥1μm. How can the equipment adapt to my processes with special temperature requirements (such as those requiring insulation or heating)?

We offer flexible jacketed insulation/heating options. You can add a jacket to the outside of the filter cartridge, introducing steam or heat transfer oil to maintain the fluid at the optimal filtration temperature, preventing viscosity increases due to temperature drops that could affect filtration efficiency and flow rate.

Is changing filter bags complicated? Will it cause prolonged production interruptions?

The equipment features a quick-opening structure, requiring no tools; one person can complete the entire process of opening the cap, changing the bag, and sealing within minutes. This minimizes equipment downtime and ensures continuous production.
